Founding Story

A problem every provider's office knows by heart.

A physician wants to discuss a specific biologic with the rep covering their territory. They call the number on a sample box — it goes to a national call center. They fill out a web form — it routes to the wrong region. They ask their front desk to track someone down — three days pass.

Meanwhile, the rep covering that exact ZIP code has no idea the practice was looking for them. They're driving past that office twice a week.

RepNook was founded on the belief that this friction is unnecessary and fixable. The rep-to-provider connection doesn't require a subscription platform, a scheduling middleware layer, or a call center. It requires a precise directory, a medication-aware search, and a direct line.

We built that directory. Providers search free, forever. Reps claim their territory and become findable. That's the entire idea.

No PHI — by design
RepNook is not a HIPAA covered entity and does not transmit, store, or process protected health information. Meeting requests contain only logistics — not clinical details. Providers are never asked for patient data.
We do not sell your data
Your contact information, search history, and activity on RepNook is never sold to third parties, shared with pharmaceutical manufacturers, or used for advertising targeting. Full stop.
Rep profiles are opt-in
A pharma rep's name, contact details, and territory only appear on RepNook because that rep registered and chose to be listed. We do not scrape, purchase, or import rep data from any third-party source.
Email used for platform activity only
We use your email address to send transactional messages related to your account activity — sample confirmations, meeting updates, and verification. We do not send marketing email without explicit opt-in.
